From nothing to a live clan site

You pick a plan, name your clan, and a few minutes later your clan has its own site at yourclan.anvilosrs.com — with the Discord bot, weekly competitions and the RuneLite plugin already wired to it. Here’s the whole path, including the money part.

The trial: 30 days, no charge

Every new clan starts on a 30-day free trial. It isn’t a limited demo — it’s the real plan you picked, with your own subdomain and your own database. Run a whole bingo on it and decide afterwards.

Billing is handled by Gumroad as merchant of record, so card details never touch my servers and VAT/tax is remitted for you. Cancel from the same place at any point during the trial and you’re not charged.

What the plans actually differ on

Bronze — from $2.99/mo For smaller clans getting their first bingo off the ground.
Silver — from $6.99/mo For active clans running regular events with bigger rosters.
Gold — from $14.99/mo For large communities that want maximum headroom.

Prices are a floor, not a fixed fee: Gumroad lets you pay more than the minimum if you want to fund the work, and nothing about your site changes either way. The full comparison is on the plans page.

Setting it up (about five minutes)

Pick a plan and check out. The trial starts immediately.
Follow the setup link you land on — it’s also emailed to you, so you can finish later on a machine where you have your Discord IDs to hand.
Name your clan and paste your Discord user ID (that makes you the site’s owner) and your Discord server ID.
Wait for provisioning. Your instance is built, migrated and health-checked, then the page flips to “your clan site is live” with the address.

Nothing is shared between clans: each site is its own container with its own database, and the subdomain is yours. Bringing your own domain later is supported too.

Discord: shared bot or your own

By default your site uses Anvil’s shared Discord app for login and the bot, which is why setup is short — no developer portal, no OAuth redirects. If you’d rather run your own app, the wizard takes a client ID, secret and bot token instead, and everything from then on is yours end to end.

Then what

Your dashboard opens on a four-step checklist: name the clan, connect Discord, create an event, add tiles. Running your first event walks the whole path, and the plugin guide covers what your members install.

Rather run it yourself? The app is source-available and self-hosting is a supported path — you’d be trading the subscription for your own server and your own updates.
